Galaxia explores the idea of the celestial body as both physical and mythic—something luminous, volatile, and in constant motion. Across the series, gesture accelerates into fields of saturated color, collisions of line, and sweeping forms that suggest orbit, heat, impact, and expansion.

 

Works such as Heat Wave, Zip Zap Zap, Pink Steamer, Milky Way, and Prometheus move between the earthly and the cosmic, where bodies, weather, fire, and imagined space begin to occupy the same visual field. The paintings are less about depicting the universe than inhabiting its energy: unstable, radiant, and continually becoming.
